Rules and Regulations of Stay

1. Check-in and Identification
- Each Guest is required to present a valid photo ID upon check-in.
- The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service if a valid ID is not provided.
- By signing the registration card, the Guest confirms acceptance of these Regulations.
2. Check-in and Check-out Times
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- Check-out is until 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of departure.
- Requests for extending the stay must be reported to the reception before 12:00 PM on the planned check-out day.
- Staying in the room or leaving belongings after 12:00 PM is considered an extension of stay.
- If the room is vacated by 6:00 PM, a fee equal to 50% of the daily rate will be charged.
- After 6:00 PM, a full additional night will be charged.
3. Room Usage and Access
- Room keys must not be given to unregistered persons.
- For security reasons, Guests should ensure the room door is properly locked when leaving.
4. Children
- Children under the age of 13 must remain under constant supervision of an adult.
- Legal guardians are fully responsible for the behavior of children and any damage caused.
5. Smoking Policy
- The hotel is a non-smoking property.
- This includes cigarettes, tobacco and non-tobacco products, and electronic cigarettes.
- Violation of this policy will result in an additional charge, as specified in the registration card, to cover cleaning and room restoration costs.
6. Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
7. Responsibility for Damages
- The Guest bears full financial and legal responsibility for any damage to hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors.
8. Fire Safety
- For safety reasons, the use of open flames is strictly prohibited.
- The use of electrical devices not belonging to the hotel is prohibited, except for standard devices such as chargers and computer equipment.
9. Valuables
- Valuables should be stored in in-room safes or deposited at the reception free of charge.
- The hotel is not responsible for unsecured valuable items.
10. Service Standards and Complaints
- The hotel provides services in accordance with its standard.
- Any comments or complaints should be reported immediately to the reception or via the “At Your Service” line:

11. Lost and Found
- Items left behind by Guests will be sent to the indicated address at the Guest’s expense.
- If no instructions are provided, items will be stored for 3 months.
12. Violation of Regulations
- In case of violation of these Regulations, the hotel reserves the right to refuse further service.
- The Guest is required to follow staff instructions, settle all dues, cover any damages, and leave the premises if requested.
13. Refusal of Service
- The hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who has previously:
- — violated hotel regulations,
- — caused damage to hotel or guest property,
- — harmed another Guest or employee,
- — disturbed the peace of the hotel.
14. Applicable Law
- In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
These Regulations were approved by the Hotel Management in April 2025.
