The controller of personal data is LIM CENTER SP. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (00-697), at Aleje Jerozolimskie 65/79.

The Data Controller informs that personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).

  • preparing a stay offer,
  • making a reservation,
  • providing comprehensive hotel services.

Providing personal data by the Guest and consenting to its processing is voluntary; however, it is necessary to complete a reservation and deliver the hotel service.

  • in-person booking at the hotel,

  • guest registration at the hotel,
  • hotel partners, including booking platforms,
