The purpose of developing this privacy policy is to inform about the principles of privacy protection when using information that LIM CENTER SP. Z O.O. (Warsaw Presidential Hotel) receives directly or indirectly from Guests.

The administrator of personal data is LIM CENTER SP. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-697) at the address: Aleje Jerozolimskie 65/79.

The Administrator of Personal Data informs that the personal data provided will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as GDPR. The personal data collected are necessary to prepare an offer for a stay, make a reservation for a stay and provide a comprehensive hotel service. Providing personal data by the Guest and expressing consent to their processing is voluntary, although necessary in order to book a stay and provide the hotel service:
• booking process via the hotel website,
• booking process made in person at the hotel,
• by phone or email, as well as during the Guest’s registration at the hotel,
• data may also be obtained from the hotel’s Partners from booking portals,
• organization of a special event or conference.
